Job Description / Responsibilities:
Business Consultants: Accounting/Trade Finance/Islamic Banking
Our client has requirements for Accounting, Trade Finance & Islamic Banking Consultants.
This role involves working on T24 implementation projects around the region (Asia).

Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Analyse the client's business and functional requirements and relate them to Temenos product capabilities
  
• Identify any gaps and make proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes); ensure that any proposed solutions are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project
  
• Define customisation needs for Temenos products as per agreed business definitions
  
• Participate in the configuration of T24 via the definition of static and semi-static data for system installation (Data Migration)
  
• Participate in functional testing and systems integration testing (SIT) to support sser acceptance testing (UAT)
  
• Liaise with the Temenos maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems identified are understood and resolved
  
• Participate in the review of the client's organisation, processes and workflows and contribute to the proposal of a 'post-picture' to maximise the benefit from Temenos products Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  
• T24 knowledge and project experience is essential
  
• Two or more years' experience in T24 is a must
  
• In-depth understanding of financial and banking processes relating to any of the following areas: credit, accounting, deposits, transactions
  
• Good working knowledge of the systems used within banks; experience in working on the project and systems side in implementations, business requirements etc. would also be desirable
  
• A professional degree
  
• Willingness to travel on a very frequent basis
